Playback

The playback bar at the bottom of the Replay tab controls what time the map shows and how fast the event plays.

Playing and pausing

  1. Open the REPLAY tab.
  2. Click the play button on the right of the playback bar. Participants start to move.
  3. Click the same button again to pause.

Jumping to a point in the event

Drag the blue slider. Left is the start of the event and right is the end. You can drag it while the replay is playing or paused.

Reading the replay time

Once the replay is playing, the time it shows appears under the slider, in two forms:

  • UTC: the time in Coordinated Universal Time.
  • Local: the time in the event’s start time zone, with its offset from UTC. For example, Local: Sat, 03 Oct 2026 11:02:17 (UTC+2).

Changing the speed

  1. Click the speed button (the speedometer icon) next to the play button. A Speed Control: slider opens below the time.
  2. Drag the slider to the right to speed up or to the left to slow down. The speed shows next to it. The replay starts at 750x and goes from 0.5x up to 20,000x.
  3. On a phone, tap − and + to change the speed in steps.
  4. Click the speed button again to hide the slider.

Try a slow speed to watch a close finish, or a fast one to see a whole multi-day event in a few minutes.
